We don’t resell software, we don’t represent any vendor and we don’t take a percentage on licences. This independence is your advantage: we choose the leanest, cheapest and safest solution, not the one we earn the most from.
Data and control stay 100% inside your factory. When we finish, your team knows how to run the system without us.
Whoever earns from licences is in no position to tell you that you don’t need them.

Local models, multi-agent systems, non-invasive integrations with ERPs. He unlocks the data where the vendor says it can’t be done, and does it read-only. He runs the qualification calls.
How we work
We start from where hours are lost, not from which model to use. If the process doesn’t lose hours, there is nothing to automate and we tell you so.
The system prepares, calculates and proposes. Approval stays with whoever is responsible for that number in front of the customer.
Code, data and documentation remain yours. When we finish, your team runs the system without us.
Zero commission on third-party licences. It is the reason why the advice we give you has no second recipient.

The IAPP AIGP defines the competencies for governing the entire AI life cycle: risk, regulations, human oversight and accountability. It is the framework we apply to our work, and it is the reason why Nómos starts from classification and not from technology.
Certified competencies

Field competencies
These are not certificates: it is the craft practised in the department, and it is the part that can’t be certified.
The certificates we issue have a public verification page: whoever receives one gets there from the code printed on the certificate, and whoever is hiring can check that it exists. They are issued by the AI lab for managers, which is also the shortest way to see how we work before opening a project.

On projects we operate as the client’s authorised technical delegate, with a legal engagement mandate under the Data Act. Access to the data in your ERP remains yours, in black and white.
Thirty minutes in which we look together at which ERP you use, which process costs you the most and whether unlocking it is technically feasible. If it isn’t, we tell you straight away.
