Athena AI

Implement AI.
Govern it with judgment.

Your people, augmented. Your data, where it belongs.

Innovate without exposure: three non-negotiables

Every system we deploy is engineered to meet the EU AI Act, stay GDPR-safe, and share zero data with third parties.

Security

Every AI system you bring inside opens a new attack surface. We harden it: protection of sensitive data, controlled access, architectures resilient to outside and inside threats. Security is not an option — it is the floor we start from.

Data sovereignty

Your data stays inside your perimeter. It never transits third-party servers, it never trains anyone else’s models. We deploy open-source models directly on your infrastructure, so control stays exactly where it belongs.

Compliance

The EU AI Act is already enforceable. Penalties run up to €35M or 7% of global turnover. Our solutions are compliant by design — and we make the AI you already use governable on the same standard.

The Method

Diagnose. Prepare. Deploy.

You can enter through AI Governance, Executive Training, or Engineered Solutions. The three doors are equivalent: the starting point changes, the rigor of the method does not.

Quick comparison Area 01
When AI enters through several doors, with no one steering

Leadership senses the upside but cannot yet see the right sequence — or the exposure it is running.

  • Departments stand up AI without a shared map.
  • Data leaves the company with no one tracking where it goes.
  • The AI Act is perceived as a threat rather than a structure.
Area 01

AI Governance

When AI is already in the business but nobody owns the map, this is where we start. We inventory the systems in use, surface the risks and the untapped upside, write the operating rules — and stand up a cycle that keeps everything in view.

  • Inventory of AI systems in use, with risk profile and unrealized value
  • Oversight and accountability procedures aligned with the EU AI Act
  • PDCA cycle for continuous monitoring and incident response

Quick comparison Area 02
When the team experiments alone and at different speeds

People use AI unevenly — long on enthusiasm, short on method.

  • Prompts, files, and tools are used to different standards across functions.
  • The faster movers pull ahead; the more cautious stall.
  • Managers correct avoidable mistakes on data and delegation after the fact.
Area 02

Executive Training

When the issue is not the tool but how your team will use it, this is where we start. Training removes confusion, prevents costly mistakes, and gives leadership a common language to make decisions.

  • Managers and operators aligned on the same operating standard
  • Clear rules of use on data, documents, and delegation
  • Hands-on labs built on the real cases from each function

Quick comparison Area 03
When the process lives on manual openings, checks, and chasing

Decisions arrive late because data arrives late.

  • Information is scattered across files, email, ERP, Word, and Excel.
  • The team retypes, verifies, chases confirmations, and rebuilds context every time.
  • Managers intervene too early and too often, even when not required.
Area 03

Engineered Solutions

When the process is already there to be lightened, this is where we start. We design a hybrid flow where AI prepares, sorts, and flags; people decide at the points that matter.

  • Bespoke automation of the repetitive steps
  • Integration with documents, ERP, CRM, or internal repositories
  • Go-live with supervision and maintenance included

Certification in progress — July 2026

The AIGP (IAPP) is the international reference standard for AI governance. It certifies competence in AI risk management, compliance with the EU AI Act, and the design of responsible AI systems. We pursue it not for the badge but because it matches the standard we hold ourselves to in front of clients.

Why Athena

Athena is the name of our method.

In the classical tradition, Athena unites knowledge and action. That is what we care about: bringing intelligence to bear at the right moment, without mistaking complexity for value.

In an industrial mid-cap, AI only works one way: the manager keeps the wheel, the agents execute, and operating know-how stays inside the company. We do not sell dependency. We build capability.

Strategy before technology Humans decide Knowledge stays in

Three principles that explain how we work — before we say what we do.

01

Strategic judgment

We start from the process, the risk, and the operating return. Not from this season’s technology.

02

Humans stay in command

AI accelerates analysis, research, and repetitive work. The decisions stay with the people who know the business.

03

Real autonomy

We transfer skills, leave a working method, and work without locking you to a vendor. By the end of the project, the company runs on its own.

The Athena promise

More internal capability. Less external dependence.

Questions

Frequently asked

The AI Maturity Index is our proprietary assessment of an organization’s digital and AI readiness across five dimensions: data, technology, people, process, and strategy. The output is a clear picture of where you stand today and a tailored roadmap of where you can go, prioritized by expected return.

We work along three integrated practices: AI Governance (inventory of AI systems in use, AI Act readiness, PDCA cycle), Executive Training (managers aligned, rules of use, hands-on labs), and Engineered Solutions (automation, AI agents, hybrid flows). Every engagement is calibrated to your firm’s specific situation.

We start from the process to be optimized. We design the agent around it, integrate it with the systems you already run (CRM, ERP, email), and put it through real-environment testing. We use the best available technologies (Claude, GPT, Gemini), choosing the one that fits each use case.

The right answer is: both. We believe in transferring capability. We help you start with concrete implementations and, in parallel, train your team to operate and evolve those systems on their own. Our goal is to make you independent, not dependent.

We work with every major AI provider — Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), Meta, Mistral. Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Automation: n8n, LangChain, and proprietary frameworks. We choose the best technology for each use case, with no commercial lock-in to any vendor.

We work primarily with industrial mid-caps and mid-market firms (10–500 employees) in manufacturing, professional services, retail, and financial services. If your firm is weighing how to use AI but does not know where to start — or already started and wants to accelerate — we are the right partner. The first session is complimentary and free of obligations.
